The powers that be in Serbia do not seemed to have minded the fact that some of the companies engaged to do reconstruction work for the Serbian Railways did not exist before July 2018 when the government signed a contract with China Railway International Corporation (CRIC) and China Communication Construction Company (CCCC), Radar weekly said in this week’s issue.
