On the first day of the new year, the Chief of Staff of the Serbian Army, General Milan Mojsilovic, informed the public that Serbia had to cancel some contracts with Russia and postpone others due to the impossibility of procuring weapons from that country under the current circumstances. Military analyst Aleksandar Radic told N1 that the decision to conclude contracts with Moscow at the moment when it was deploying its troops preparing for an attack on Kyiv reflects amateurism in determining foreign policy goals and superficial analysis of intelligence data in Serbia.
