A European Parliament (EP) draft report on Kosovo emphasizes the importance of constructive engagement on the part of both Kosovo and Serbia authorities in order to achieve a comprehensive legally binding normalization agreement. It calls for the full implementation of all past agreements, including the establishment of the Community of Serb-Majority Municipalities (CSM), but also for the immediate lifting of the European Union (EU) measures against Kosovo.
