Maria Zakharova, the spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, told Serbian public broadcaster RTS that in Russia they recently were “shocked” during the vote in the United Nations General Assembly, when the Serbian delegation voted "for" the anti-Russian resolution, noting that she was not talking about diplomats, but about ordinary people.
