Sliman Mansour is one the most significant Palestinian artists of his generation. Born of Christian parents in 1947 in Bir Zeit, near Ramallah in the West Bank, he attended an Evangelical Lutheran German school near Bethlehem. He graduated from the prestigious Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, Israel. He co-founded the al-Wasiti Art Centre in East Jerusalem in 1994. His work has been exhibited across the Arab World, Europe, the United States and East Asia. His next exhibit will be in Dubai in April 2025.
