The Basic Court in Pristina, Special Department, has issued an arrest warrant for Milan Radoicic and 19 other Serbs on charges of war crimes. They are suspected of killing 106 Albanian civilians and mistreating 300 others in the town of Djakovica, according to a report published Monday by Reporteri.net.
