Not enough food is available in Gaza. This is mostly because, according to a July 2025 UN report, Israeli forces have destroyed 86% of horticultural land, as they have most greenhouses and fishing infrastructure, and also due to Israel’s severe restrictions on humanitarian assistance entering Gaza.
